SHIPPING POLICY:
i2i Repro ships using both UPS and FedEx. Please be aware that all shipments will also be subjected to the policies and regulations of the two respective shipping companies.
Shipping Date: Virtually all orders are processed and shipped within 24hrs of order confirmation. Please understand that operational deadlines are based on an Pacific Standard Time clock. It is recommended that all orders be confirmed by
Air Shipping: Next Day shipments are limited to the service ability of the respective shipping company. Some delivery locations are not eligible for next day shipping. For more information please contact www.UPS.com or www.FedEx.com
Misdirected Orders: Currently under 0.5% of all orders are misdirected or misplaced. Please be aware that this is a possibility and if it occurs the shipping company will do as much as they can to speed up delivery. i2i Repro is not responsible for misdirected or misplaced orders. All time sensitive orders should be confirmed as soon as possible to allow maximum time for transit (both FedEx and UPS refund the cost of shipping).
Lost Items
If items are declared lost by the shipping company, we will reprint and reship the order as soon as possible at no cost to the customer. Typically, it takes 10 days for the shipping company to declare an item lost.
Tracking Numbers
Tracking numbers may be obtained by our customer service representatives.
RETURN POLICY:
All products are inspected for quality assurance before shipping. However, in an event that a customer is unhappy with their order they can return it within 20 days for an exchange/reprint.
Please thoroughly review ALL order information (quantity, size, material and finishing). Customers must also thoroughly review ALL email proofs to ensure accuracy (colors, spelling, etc..).
i2i Repro is not responsible for order/proof errors that have been approved by the customer.
